What is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor?
Having the QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification means I’ve successfully completed the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program, including both the extensive course curriculum and certification exams. The many hours I’ve put into this training benefit you in several different ways. For one, I know the software like the back of my own hand and my efficiency will save you time and money! But best of all, I can pass on amazing deals and discounts to my QuickBooks clients!
What other programs and software are you familiar with?
While QuickBooks Online is the software I recommend to most of my clients, I also use QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Sage, and Bill.com. Not only can I set up these tools from scratch, but I can seamlessly transition you from one to another so you’re using the best software for your needs. Also, I consider industry-specific software you may already be using and how those integrations work with QuickBooks Online. The odds are that I know the software already. We will get you sqaured away!
What will you need from me?
Completion of my new client questionnaire. Schedule a conference call to discuss your answers in greater detail and understand your business and of course access to your accounting file. And let’s not forget bank and credit statements and receipts.
Do I need to organize my records and receipts before giving them to you?
It’s helpful for you to organize them but, not necessary. However, if you choose to organize them it’s great to have them organized by month (and by year – especially if I’m doing multiple years for you). Basically, if you have a shoebox full of receipts you can turn it over to me and I’ll take care of the rest!
Do we need to meet in person?
Not at all! I really enjoy working virtually — it allows me to help clients across the United States and beyond! Not only will it save us both time, but the best place to store your records is the cloud, where we can both access them at any time.
Are you insured?
You betcha. I have full liability insurance, including cyber insurance for the work I do online and errors and omissions insurance — just in case. I’m happy to share with you proof of my coverage, policies, and amounts before we get to work if that’s what will help you sleep at night 🙂
